Case Law Turnaround Times

Note that turnaround times are targets only and although they are usually met, JustCite’s content is controlled by human editors rather than computer programs alone so exceptionally large updates can results in delays. We are also dependent on the publishers, so if they publish late we will be late in updating JustCite. Therefore, the times expressed below run from when we receive the information from the publisher.

• A Note about the ICLR Daily Cases: The ICLR does not always publish cases in their Daily reports on the day immediately following judgment. JustCite’s content will reflect what we receive from the ICLR, so from time to time the unreported transcript will appear before the ICLR Daily report.
